When Something Feels Off, Start With the Story

Where your story becomes the strategy.

Health problems don’t always begin with a clear diagnosis. Sometimes they begin with small changes that don’t seem connected at first. Fatigue, digestive changes, poor sleep, new food reactions, headaches, brain fog, skin changes, pain that comes and goes.

This is what I call the diagnostic gray area, the space where you know something has changed, but you may not yet know why.

My approach begins by looking at your story as a whole. Your symptoms, health history, medications, nutrition, stress, sleep, environment, lifestyle, and the timeline of when things changed can reveal patterns that are easy to miss when each symptom is considered separately.

The goal isn’t to diagnose disease. It is to help you become a better observer of your own body, recognize meaningful patterns, ask better questions, and make more informed decisions about your health.

No generic wellness template. No required supplement program. My recommendations are built around your actual life, priorities, and health history.
