Digital and Downloadable Products
All sales of digital and downloadable products from CPL Holistics | CPL Botanicals are final.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned once purchased or accessed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for digital products.
Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us so the duplicate transaction can be reviewed.
Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order information and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Physical Products
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used herbal products, personal-care products, skincare products, cosmetics, teas, supplements, or other consumable products cannot be returned.
Sale, clearance, and personalized or custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Physical-product orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the applicable return policy will apply.
Digital orders cannot be canceled once the purchase has been completed and access to the digital product has been provided.
